Is there a minimum order?
No. You can order a single badge at the same quality and the same process as a ten-thousand-piece run. There are no setup fees and no artwork charges.
How do I order badges for a large team?
Send us a spreadsheet with one row per badge: name, title, department and location. We produce the run, send a full data proof for spelling approval, and ship pre-sorted by location if you need it.
Can I reorder a single replacement badge?
Yes. We keep your artwork and layout on file indefinitely, so a reorder needs nothing but a name.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Pricing drops at 11, 51 and 251 pieces on badges, and again at 1000 on accessories. Every product page lists its full price tier table.
What artwork format do you need?
Vector files work best: AI, EPS, PDF or SVG. If all you have is a JPG, a PNG, or a photo of an old badge, send it anyway. Our art team redraws logos free of charge.
Will I see a proof before production?
Always. You get a digital proof, usually within one business hour during office hours, and nothing goes into production until you approve it.
